All dresses are made to order and in general require 12-16 weeks to make.

Free Shipping

Free shipping for continental United States (additional charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada only.  All orders outside of continental United States and Canada are subject to shipping charges, please enquiry for further details. 

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items will be shipped in one shipment or individually.

Production Time

The estimated production time of Magnolia wedding dresses and accessories is 4 months.

Standard Shipping Time

Your order should arrive approximately 7 - 10 business days after the estimated production time of 4 months. Business days does not include Saturdays or Sundays or any Statutory Holidays. Please note shipping time is only an estimate and a signature is required upon delivery.

Upgrading Shipping Service

Upgrading the shipping service is available at an additional cost. It will only reduce the shipping time, and not the time that is required for Magnolia to produce the dress.

General Delivery Information

In order for us to ship the dress to you, the address associated with your credit card must match the shipping address. When an order is placed with Magnolia we will send a confirmation email to you confirming your order. Another email will be sent a few days later with the estimated ship date of the dress. Shipping to Post Office Boxes

We do not ship to post office boxes.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, and/or Brokerage Fees

For orders outside Canada, the purchaser will be responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees. To find which of these if any may apply, please contact your local government.

Returns & Exchange

All sales are final.  We do NOT accept returns or exchange on dresses and accessories.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

At Magnolia, all dresses and accessories are brand new and are inspected carefully by our staff before it is shipped out.  Upon receiving the merchandise from the carrier, please note any damages with the carrier at time of delivery.

If you believe the merchandise is damaged/defective, please call us to obtain a return authorization number.  All returns must have our return authorization number and it must be received within 7 days from when the authorization number was given to you.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, if we find the merchandise to be damaged or defective, we will repair or replace as deemed necessary.  Magnolia will incur shipping charges on damage Merchandise.

If we find the returned merchandise to be free of defects or have been misused, then we will ship the merchandise back to you.  Magnolia will NOT incur any shipping and insurance charges.

Canceled Order

All dress or accessory orders canceled from the ordered date will lose 100% of the merchandise purchase price.  Magnolia reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order.  Magnolia should not be liable for any errors or omissions in pricing.

Refunds

No refunds or credit will be issued once dresses/gowns are ordered since each dress/gown is made to order.  This is standard in the bridal industry.  The same policy exists for all accessories.

Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will incur 100% restocking fee.
